The full legal Terms are available on request as a signable document. The summary below is what they actually mean — written for humans, not lawyers.

What you get. A workspace, the agent loop, the audit trail, support per your tier. We commit to reasonable uptime (99.9% on paid tiers) and to publishing a status page for any incident.

What we ask of you. Don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. Pay your invoice. Keep your authentication credentials safe.

Ownership. Your data is yours. Your decisions, PRDs, research — all yours. We hold the platform code and design system. Outputs from agents are yours under our standard provider terms.

Termination. You can leave any time. We'll export your data and stop billing. We can terminate for non-payment or material breach with reasonable notice.
